Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

- Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair.

- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Final sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and clearance items are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email us at hello@shopporterleigh.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved:

- You’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, depending on your preference.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your return to be processed once received.
